Confidentiality

Everything that our clients tell us is confidential and protected by solicitor/client privilege. The only exceptions are if we hear information that shows a likelihood of serious harm to you or others or if we get a request from Legal Aid Ontario for financial information that shows that you qualify for our services.

We offer Public Legal Education (PLE) sessions on a wide range of topics such as powers of attorney, wills, pardons, estate administration applications and ODSP.

Please contact our office if you wish for us to create a PLE on a topic of your choosing.
