Powers of Attorney
We help with powers of attorney for individuals who qualify financially for our services. Individuals must contact us themselves if they wish to make a power of attorney. A family member cannot contact us on their behalf.
To make a power of attorney for yourself:
- Download and complete this free kit (https://www.publications.gov.on.ca/300975)
- Use this web tool created by CLEO (https://stepstojustice.ca/guided-pathways/wills-and-powers-of-attorney-preparing-a-power-of-attorney/)
Powers of Attorney are important whether you live on or off reserve. Please feel free to contact us for assistance.
