ID Services and ID Bank

ID is required to access many services including health care, income support, housing, education and banking. We assist in applying for birth certificates. We cover the cost for clients who qualify financially. We also help in completing delayed registrations of birth for children who were not registered at birth.

We can also assist with change of name applications.

We can store birth certificates in our ID Bank – a safe, secure and accessible storage facility for ID documents.  Our ID Bank provides a safe place for individuals who do not have any safe place to store their ID.

We can also help with obtaining official records such as marriage and death certificates.
